Artifact Etiquette

Hi everyone,

For future reference, when you hold an artifact please try to keep the village in decent shape, you need to spend some of the resources that village produces on it's upkeep, when a village is chiefed it loses levels on fields and buildings (normally) so they need to be rebuilt.

The granaries need to stay maxed if possible, in case it needs to be defended.

Whoever gets the artifact next please try to help rebuild it, no need to ship resources from your other villages, but use the resources the arty village produces to upgrade granary's and fields to help keep it defendable.
